Body Fat Test offers hydrostatic body composition analysis, the best body fat testing available. The initial test costs $49; retests are $39. Bring a swimsuit and towel. Yep, you heard right! Starting in May, we'll be hosting Sunday morning hikes, starting at 8am. We'll be hiking on the last three Sundays of each month until the end of summer. Each hike is different and all are family-friendly. So whether you're looking for a challenge or just to get out with the kids, we have something for you! For the month of May we'll be visiting Shell Ridge/Briones Mt. Diablo Regional Trail, Castle Rock/Shell Ridge Loop Trail, & Mt. Diablo’s Waterfall Loop Trail. Email Katie at
