Hanna Somatics is the perfect way to unwind, de-stress and rejuvenate after a stressful day at work or intense exercise. Most pain we experience is muscular. Tension builds from repetitive use, injury, etc. While recovering from injuries, we often develop compensation patterns in other areas of the body to keep us moving, and these patterns can stay with us. In this clinic, you’ll learn how to reset tension levels, lessening your brain’s “hold” on you. Kathy Kerber, a certified Hanna Somatic Educator, will guide you through gentle movement patterns. Wear clothing you can move in comfortably, we’ll work in chairs and on the floor (if you can). For more information on Kathy, click here.
