CPR Certification

This course teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims. Rescuers will learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack, stroke and breathing difficulties. Students also learn how to perform CPR using a barrier device and how to effectively use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

ASHI CPR/AED certification card for Adult and Child is issued after all class requirements are met. Certification card is valid for two years.

Classes at our Presidio store are every Wednesday from 5:00pm-8:30pm. NOTE: Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Register for this class here.

Join the Campbell SB "Roadie" Crew for a 30-35 mile group ride on the roads of the South Bay. We use 4 different routes that rotate each week. The group tries to maintain a "social training" pace (15-16mph average). It is a no-drop ride, with regroups at the top of all sustained climbs! Rainy weather cancels the ride. Join the Sports Basement Sunday Riders Club every Sunday for a "beginnermediate"-level group bike ride over the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin County. Routes range from about 30 to 45 miles and average somewhere between 13 and 15 mph on the flats. We wait at the tops of hills and the ride is no-drop with a sweep rider at the back. This course teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims. Rescuers will learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack, stroke and breathing difficulties. Students also learn how to perform CPR using a barrier device and how to effectively use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). ASHI CPR/AED certification card for Adult and Child is issued after all class requirements are met. Classes at our Campbell store are the second and fourth Sunday of the month (excluding November & December) from 4pm-7pm. NOTE: Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. CPR Certification

This course teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims. Rescuers will learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack, stroke and breathing difficulties. Students also learn how to perform CPR using a barrier device and how to effectively use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). ASHI CPR/AED certification card for Adult and Child is issued after all class requirements are met. Classes at our Sunnyvale store are the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month (excluding November & December) from 6pm - 9pm. NOTE: Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.
