SB is your home base for SF Marathon weekend

Racing or spectating at the San Francisco Marathon on Sunday? Make Sports Basement your home base for all this weekend’s festivities. The fun kicks off on Friday with a shuttle from our Bryant Street Store to the Expo. Come to the store for some snacks and drinks, then board the shuttle to the Expo. Shuttles run every 15 minutes from 12:30pm-6:30pm on Friday, and on Saturday from 9:30am-4:30pm.

Once you get to the Expo, check out our Runner’s Lounge, complete with room to stretch, course video previews, and a sign-making station for your spectating family and friends. You can also get custom Sports Basement and SF Marathon printed apparel, which is not available anywhere else.

On race day, join us for cheer squads at our Presidio Store at 5:45am or our Bryant Street Store at 7:30am. We’ll have bagels and coffee for everyone who joins us, and we’ll even share our cowbells. If you’d rather watch the race from along the spectator shuttle route, visit Bryant Street during one of the shuttle stops for some race day goodies. Get all the marathon weekend details here.
