SB discount for the Marin County Half Marathon, 10K & 5K
Come enjoy one of the most scenic runs of the Bay Area! Put on by the Sustainable Sports Foundation, the Marin County Half Marathon is magnificently scenic, spectator-friendly, gentle on the environment and beneficial to the community. All proceeds from the race go to local organizations.
The race takes place on Saturday, April 23, and Sports Basement customers can get 10% off registration for the half marathon, 10k or 5k using discount code 2011MCM10SB.
Also, the Marin Marathon will be hosting the Sports Basement Presidio Fun Run on Tuesday, April 12. We’ll have special guests Renee Fog from the morning show at KFOG, KTVU meteorologist Mark Tamayo, and Olympic gold medalist tennis player Ken Flach joining the run, which starts at 6:30pm. ZICO Coconut Water will provide refreshments and we’ll have a raffle featuring Sports Basement giveaways and race entries.
