Celebrate the outdoors with Outdoor Fest

Outdoor fest Calling all hikers, backpackers, and outdoor enthusiasts! Join us at Sports Basement Bryant Street for our annual Outdoor Fest on Saturday, June 16 from noon to 3pm. Come in and chat with representatives of your favorite brands, grab a bite to eat, and have a chance to win some amazing raffle prizes.

When you arrive to Outdoor Fest you’ll be greeted by vendors from Marmot, Petzl, La Sportiva, Gregory, Cascade Designs, Adventure Medical Kits, Snow Peak, and many more. All vendors will be showcasing their latest products and gear and reps will be on hand to answer all of your outdoor-related questions. They might also have some awesome swag to give away.

Ten percent of the day’s proceeds will be donated to Bay Area Wilderness Training, a non-profit that creates opportunities for urban youth to experience wilderness first hand. We’ll have a full spread of food and beverages, and a raffle drawing every 10 minutes between 1:30pm and 3pm with some amazing prizes that our brand representatives have donated to the event. With so many chances to win, you can’t miss this event! So get out of the house this weekend and get to Sports Basement. We can’t wait to see you.

Niall works on the marketing team at our Bryant Street store with a focus on backcountry sports. He loves to backpack, run, hike, climb, ski, and travel. Catch him if you can!

This was a fantastic event. I went to the store to simply purchase a speedometer for my bike and then I heard about the event and raffle. I ended up staying for the entire event and made a lot of new friends. I also learned so much about the products and ended up buying a few more things. Looking forward to the next one. Thanks!
