BikeSnobNYC is coming to the Basement!

Cycling’s most prolific and consistently hilarious blogger, BikeSnobNYC has been skewering and celebrating bicycle culture since 2007, both on his blog and, more recently, in Bicycling Magazine. After years of anonymity, he’s revealed his identity (Eben Weiss) and written a book, Bike Snob: Systematically & Mercilessly Realigning the World of Cycling.

Want to meet him? He’ll be joining us on Thursday, June 17 to talk about his book, bikes and whatever else comes up.

Before the talk, we’ll meet at Ritual Roasters on Valencia at 4pm for coffee and a short 5pm bike ride to our Bryant Street Store. Back at the store, we’ll have copies of the book for sale, as well as complimentary refreshments, including beer from Lagunitas Brewing Co.

The talk starts at 6:30pm. There will be a raffle to support Trips For Kids. Thanks to tour sponsor, Knog, and prize donors, Timbuk2, Jamis Bicyles, Freedom by WTB, Ritual Coffee Roasters, Giro, and Cyclocross Magazine!
